The handheld delivered tasks eliminate the gap between the planned tasks and the actual delivery of the requirements. In the event there is an incident it can be determined whether the detailed check-listed instructions were followed, when the electronic corrective action of the system is completed via a root cause analysis.

The PDCA methodology supports the protection of assets and is usually referred to as Maintenance Management. Enable traceability from risk to planned mitigation activities and review of non-conformances / incident occurrence. Presents evidence for negotiating lower Workers Compensation fees.

Managing Incident Investigations for Loss Control
Provide a method to auto-fill OSHA 300 forms on recording an incident to calculate DART over any given period. All OSHA 300 series records follows from injuries derived from incidents, which are likely when the risk mitigation activities are not followed or the residual risk is greater than recognized. Program links injuries to incidents to determine whether the procedure is deficient or whether the mitigation requirements were followed.

Managing OSHA Citations
OSHA fines are likely when the OSHA inspectors determine requirements are not met. For example improper confined space records, even after the fact. Program provides traceability of events and an ordered system to demonstrate an on-going management methodology. Such demonstration will likely minimize fines when traceability to risks, as a system is shown.
