The program is a link between the theory of managing the full extent of all safety and its integration into the workflow practices and utilization of the records to enhance and provide assurances of outcomes.

'Safety In your Hand' is a multifaceted Management System application that is formatted in what is known as Quality Management Systems. ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ANSI Z 10 OSHAS 18001 etc are all Quality Management Systems (QMS) because the rules embedded in the clauses of the Standards support the Deming Cycle of Plan, Do, Check, Act (PDCA). This program is driven by the PDCA and contains the characteristics of the clauses that relate to the operations within the Standards. Other programs manage the Revenue (customers), Expenses (suppliers) and Accounting transactions. Shecentral.net operates the 'unaccounted-for' activities, simultaneously, typically wrapping Environmental & Occupational Safety, Maintenance Management and Process Control into a single Management System, through the employ of Quality Management Systems, to support compliance to the respective Standards and legal requirements. Shecentral.net provides data to establish operational efficiency and effectiveness measures, to support the accounting function.

The QMS characteristics are embedded in the software to support all operational activities within the verticals of manufacturing, utilities, transport, municipalities, etc. apart from job machine shops. This software is an alternate to the typical paperwork involved in managing the operations of the respective industries per the rules of the QMS Standards.

Safety In Your Hand transfers data via downloads / uploads information from/to a cloud system driven by GPRS systems across all time zones throughout the world. Each customer has the opportunity to build their requirements on-line and use the handheld remotely.
